Hi, I am Tom Peerless owner of Peerless Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning Tampa. Thank you for your interest in my company.

Peerless Roof Cleaning started out as a side business to fund my love for the game of golf. Since I was able to walk, I have been chasing the small, white ball all over the country. As the son of a retired father, I spent my time serving as his caddy. Finally, when I was good enough, my dad let me join him on the tees. Luckily, I was able to turn my love of golf into a professional career with the Professional Golfer’s Association at the age of 18. I worked as a local country club and used all of my free time perfecting my craft. Unfortunately, it did not take me long to learn that working as a golf professional was not as lucrative as I had hoped. Despite my passion for the game, I still had to pay the bills.

During this time, I befriended a co-worker that used pressure washing as a way to generate extra money. So, I started working with him during my free time and learned the trade all while continuing my golf career.

I moved to the Tampa Bay area approximately nine years ago. I was brought to the area by my wife who wished to pursue her MBA at the University of South Florida. Lucky for me, I was able to find a position at a private country club in the area. I soon realized that my interest in pressure washing and roof cleaning continued and, at that time, I decided to invest money into my own operation. Once my wife finished her Master’s Degree, we decided that it was safe to see how far my desire to be an entrepreneur would take me. I loved the freedom of working for myself and finally seeing results for all of my hard work. It was a perfect fit.

It has been another five years since I made the decision to devote 100% (and then some) of my time to Peerless Pressure Washing, Inc. We have been able to grow the business and upgrade our equipment with the best roof cleaning and pressure washing pumps on the market. It has truly been a dream come true for me.

Peerless Roof Cleaning Tampa has been a team effort with my wife. We are truly a family owned and operated business. We believe in what we do and we stand behind our name.
